Commissions are on a first-come, first-served basis. If your commission is time-sensitive, please fill it out in the form appropriately. I'll let you know if I can complete it within the time frame you need.

Once I approve your commission request, I will send you an Invoice to the email provided. I will only begin your commission after receiving the payment's first half.

It may take a while for me to send the invoice. You will still receive a confirmation email when I receive your request! I won't start until I send the invoice & receive payment.

Provide neat references. Not a wall of text. (i.e., Bullet points/Short sentences/pictures)

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

All commissions must be paid 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

The currency accepted is USD.

There are no refunds once I start working on your commission.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is received.

If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

You will be forbidden ever to commission me ever again.

Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want others to watch out for.

I also have every right to the money you gave me.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, before the commission.

Any large changes after the commission is complete will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.

Promote myself in any place or site.

Publish books with.

To display it anywhere to my liking.

Post it wherever I want.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art and claim the right to their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without proper crediting.

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.

With commercial rights, you can make any merchandise with the artwork. You can use it in books, covers, as Props, & change it to your liking.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

The Use of my Art in AI software is STRICTLY prohibited whether you have a Personal OR Comercial Right to a Commission.

You will be forbidden to commission me ever again.

Your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

Base models come with a fullbody ready-to-rig model PSD file.

Sticker expressions and pose addons are also available for an additonal price.
